Percentage:15%-30% Direct Hire Fee
This is the traditional method used by most agencies. Calculation is based on the yearly salary of the employee. Client doesn't pay until the hire is complete. Our terms in the contract is Net 30. Fee is due 30 days after date of hire.
15% introductory rate for the first hire-new clients only
Most direct hire fees are at 20%
High Demand positions are 25%-30%
Example-Project Engineer-$100,000 salary
Direct Hire Fee of 20% is $20,000
Retained:33% up front, 33% on delivery of 3 well qualitfied candidates and 34% upon hire (net 30)
The retained search partners are responsible for hiring. They’ll play an active role in every part of the hiring process, from the initial search right up to onboarding. If you can’t find the perfect fit, LinkUp Consultants will keep searching until the right person is found.
Fixed Fee: Agreed upon flat rate for each hire. This may be available for a high demand position that can easily be placed.
